Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, helping customers navigate their tax needs with clarity. As a trusted local advisor, you’ll grow the client base, build lasting relationships, and collaborate with marketing resources to expand TurboTax reach in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required or preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 1040s (federal and state).
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for customers.
• Conduct tax reviews to uncover deductions and optimize refunds.
• Deliver clear, personalized tax guidance and support using Intuit tools.
