Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support to customers, building trust and community relationships.

As a trusted local advisor, you will grow the customer base, participate in local marketing efforts, and deliver a best-in-class client experience while complying with Intuit policies and maintaining professional standards.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, including Sundays and Saturdays, for at least 20 hours/week.

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Perform tax reviews and planning discussions to maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and on-site support using TurboTax software.
