Intuit seeks highly motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building a local client base and delivering exceptional service.

Role emphasizes community engagement, marketing collaboration, and creating accessible tax resources while supporting Intuit’s Prosperity mission.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in everyday language using available resources.
