Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide, combining tax expertise with community engagement to help customers with taxes and grow the local client base.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, representing TurboTax to build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week; weekends may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and public face.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for clients.
• Lead local marketing activities and grow the client base with TurboTax support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
