Intuit, Inc. is seeking a TurboTax Retail Expert to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community.

You will grow the customer base, establish long-term relationships, and contribute to marketing initiatives with a focus on delivering exceptional service in a busy retail environment.

Formación

• Active tax license and experience with tax preparation software.
• Experience filing federal and state returns with professional tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide on-site tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds.
• Build local client relationships and drive community outreach.
• Represent TurboTax in local events and marketing activities.
• Assist customers with product support and software usage.
