You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while growing a local client base and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

The role emphasizes advisory services, community engagement, and building trusted client relationships, with a strong focus on helping customers achieve positive financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/permits/bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships with clients.
