Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking skilled TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support in person, building trust and driving client loyalty within the local community. As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you will grow the client base, leverage marketing support, and help customers navigate their tax needs with clear, everyday language.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must possess or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects to convert them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve their financial goals.
