Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and support, while engaging customers in person and building long-term relationships in the local community. You will leverage your tax expertise to maximize refunds and offer planning guidance, connect with clients, and contribute to a thriving local business.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/ flagship location 20+ hours per week.
• Interest in building a local/online presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.
• Uniform wearing and front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
