Intuit seeks a year-round TurboTax Retail Expert to serve customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert tax advice, and software support in a friendly, community-focused environment.

This role emphasizes in-person client engagement, prospecting for new clients, and building long-term relationships while leveraging marketing support and TurboTax resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per tax season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite 20+ hours/week at TurboTax location; weekends included.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and professional tools.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with local community to grow TurboTax client base and participate in marketing efforts.
