Intuit, Inc. is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, delivering full-service tax preparation and personalized guidance to customers.

This role emphasizes community engagement, growing your client base, and collaborating with TurboTax marketing and software tools to build lasting relationships while delivering an exceptional in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver an exceptional in-store customer experience, building trust and long-term relationships.
