Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building local client relationships and growing the business.

Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, delivering personalized tax solutions, and representing TurboTax in the community with strong customer service and marketing support.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses/certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and on-site retail work.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and grow the client base with referrals.
