Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software support while building community relationships and growing the local client base.

As a trusted advisor, you’ll help customers navigate complex tax situations, deliver exceptional service, and participate in local marketing efforts. A strong tax background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds when required.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to identify deductions, minimize liabilities, and maximize refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions in personalized, everyday language using government resources and team expertise.
• Create a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and genuine customer care.
