Job summary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years' paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
