Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is looking for TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support, while building local relationships and driving client growth.

The role emphasizes in-person service, community engagement, and a customer‑first approach, with a flexible schedule and an opportunity to contribute to local marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador by representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience through professionalism and helpfulness.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit’s video tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local outreach and relationship building.
