Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Retail Expert to perform in-person tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will engage customers, deliver personalized tax solutions, and help grow the local client base through community outreach.

You will work onsite with tax professionals, using TurboTax software and CRM tools to provide accurate returns and friendly guidance. A strong knowledge of tax law and a customer-first mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Onsite retail work 20+ hrs/week, Sunday through Saturday.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax prep and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to maximize deductions and plan future tax steps.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a front-facing retail environment.
