Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will prepare taxes, advise customers, and help grow the local client base while delivering exceptional service in a front-facing retail setting.

The role emphasizes community engagement, accessibility of tax information, and building long-term relationships with clients, supported by marketing resources and team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses, permits, or bonds.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador in local TurboTax markets.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Engage in local marketing and client acquisition with TurboTax support.
