Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support to walk-in customers, helping them navigate complex tax scenarios with clarity and care. You will grow the local TurboTax client base through community engagement, outreach, and personalized service while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax regulations.
• Ability to build local presence and engage with the community while complying with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and engaging with prospects.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professional and empathetic service.
• Lead local marketing efforts and help grow the client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Support customers in-person using TurboTax products and software.
