Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the U.S. You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, while building strong client relationships in the local community.

This non-exempt, on-site role emphasizes customer service, tax knowledge, and active participation in local marketing to grow your client base while delivering trusted financial guidance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns prepared (1040) per season.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Spanish bilingual is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front‑facing retail.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, engaging with prospects and converting leads.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact on-site and via TurboTax video tools, addressing client inquiries.
• Support local marketing efforts and grow the local TurboTax client base.
