Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide on-site, in-person tax return preparation and advice using TurboTax software, serving diverse customers and building local relationships.

In this role you’ll be a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate complex tax situations while growing your local client base and representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20 hours per week minimum.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.

• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a retail setting.
