Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax expertise to tailor guidance to individual situations.

You will grow the local client base through community engagement, outreach, and referrals, building long-term relationships while delivering a best-in-class customer experience in a retail

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (EA/CPA/attorney) with tax prep experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• On-site, front-facing retail environment.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation experience with 30+ returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Identify deductions, maximize refunds, and offer planning advice.
• Engage with the local community to grow client base.
• Assist customers with TurboTax products and services.
