Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, advice, and software support while building relationships in your local community.

The role emphasizes on-site presence, customer-first service, and leveraging marketing support to grow a local client base. A strong tax background and proactive outreach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Assist with local marketing and community outreach to grow client base.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience in a front-facing retail setting.
• Utilize government websites and professional tools to ensure accurate tax solutions.
