Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers with in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support. You will actively grow the local client base, engage with the community, and leverage TurboTax resources to build a thriving practice while complying with company policies.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax law preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sundays through Saturdays, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex situations.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and offer tax planning guidance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships to grow local client base and referrals.
