Job summary

Intuit seeks year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full service tax return preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing the client base in your community.

Role emphasizes in-person service, the ability to explain complex tax concepts in plain language, and a strong customer‑focus with collaboration across TurboTax marketing and product teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes and be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years filing 30+ federal and state individual tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador and represent TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and trust.

Education

Active EA/CPA/attorney license with PTIN

State licenses/certificates/bonds as required

Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state tax returns

Circular 230 familiarity

Onsite retail/flagship location 20+ hours per week

Willing to wear TurboTax uniform
