Intuit is seeking year‑round TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will help customers navigate their tax needs, provide full service tax return preparation and advice, and support neighborhood engagement.

As a trusted advisor, you will attract new clients, build long‑term relationships, and participate in local marketing with TurboTax tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be able to obtain related state licenses or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Utilize government sites, professional tools, and team expertise for accurate solutions.
• Grow TurboTax client base locally, establishing long-term client relationships.
