Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community.

The role emphasizes growing the client base, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and representing TurboTax as a trusted local advisor. On-site, non-exempt, 20+ hours per week, with uniform required.

Qualifications

• Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds must be held or obtainable.
• Minimum 3 years of tax return prep (30+ federal/state 1040s per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week.
• Must wear TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and act as a public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
