Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving in-person customers while building a local client base and community relationships. This non-exempt, part-time role requires at least 20 hours per week, active EA/CPA/attorney credentials preferred, and a passion for demystifying taxes for clients.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040 tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at TurboTax location in US, Sundays-Saturdays, at least 20 hours/week.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador and grow the client base.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex situations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and help clients achieve financial goals.
