Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts across the United States.

This role blends tax expertise with community engagement to help customers navigate their tax needs and achieve positive financial outcomes. You’ll work in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location, provide full-service tax return preparation and advice, grow the local client base, and support marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Must be willing to work onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships in-person and via TurboTax tools.
