Job summary

Intuit seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, providing full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support in person.

You will engage with the local community to grow the client base and deliver personalized tax solutions using TurboTax tools, while upholding Intuit’s standards in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a non-exempt, on-site role requiring 20+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license with strong tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates/bonds as required.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation (30+ returns).
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan taxes.
• Deliver in-person customer service using TurboTax tools.
• Grow local client base and build long-term relationships.
