Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with customers in person to build lasting relationships.

You will be a local ambassador, grow the client base, and leverage marketing support to deliver exceptional service. Flexibility to work weekends and multiple shifts is expected in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation knowledge preferred.
PTIN required to file taxes.
Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including personal and small business returns.
Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
Assist clients in-person using TurboTax software and resources.
Grow TurboTax client base through community engagement and local outreach.
