Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail team as on-site Retail Experts at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and product support to in-person customers, leveraging your tax knowledge to tailor solutions for each situation. As a community ambassador, you’ll attract new clients, build lasting relationships, and grow TurboTax’s presence locally, supported by marketing and software tools to help

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, Sunday through Saturday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert, creating accessible tax-related content and resources for your community.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Must be willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Must be willing to work in a front facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally and as the public face of TurboTax.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan for future tax needs.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through professionalism and genuine interest in helping clients achieve financial goals.
