Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation and personalized tax advice while building a local client base and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work in a front-facing retail environment, serving customers in-person, with weekend hours and potential expansion during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 federal/state returns per tax season with tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base and foster long-term relationships in the local community.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in onsite retail settings.
