Intuit Inc. is seeking energetic, on-site TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations nationwide. You’ll provide tax preparation, advice, and product support while growing local client bases and fostering loyalty in your community.

The role emphasizes in-person service, on-site presence, and a proactive, customer-first approach to help clients achieve better financial outcomes. Training and marketing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Active EA/CPA/attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with tax laws and deductions.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation for TurboTax customers and advise on complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and events.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
