Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community and growing your client base.

You will be a proactive ambassador, delivering customer-focused service and building long-term relationships, with a strong emphasis on accessibility of tax information and a positive client experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, 20+ hours per week.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally and attracting clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community engagement and referrals.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
