Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will deliver hands-on tax preparation, provide expert advice, and help grow Intuit’s customer base in your local community. As a trusted advisor, you’ll build lasting relationships, support customers with tax planning, and represent TurboTax in a front-facing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active professional tax licenses (EA/CPA/Attorney) preferred and recent tax experience.
• Experience providing tax preparation and advisory services in a retail setting.
• Ability to build trust and explain tax concepts clearly to diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review tax returns for TurboTax customers on-site.
• Engage customers, explain services, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to grow local TurboTax presence.
