Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, guidance, and software support to everyday taxpayers in a friendly, community-focused setting. As a key ambassador, you will grow the local TurboTax client base, deliver a best-in-class experience, and help clients achieve positive financial outcomes while representing Intuit’s mission.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax expertise.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Ability to serve as in-person tax advisor at retail locations.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and attract new clients in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
