Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking hardworking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States.

You will deliver in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and product support, building relationships and growing a local client base. You’ll be a trusted advisor, using TurboTax resources to explain tax concepts in plain language, while delivering a top-tier customer experience and promoting prosperity in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license with strong tax preparation knowledge.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Onsite work at TurboTax location, 20+ hours/week; weekend availability.
• Interest in building local presence and online content for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services.
• Must wear TurboTax uniform; front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador, representing TurboTax locally.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, convert to long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing efforts with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services.
• Perform discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using government resources and team expertise.
• Create exceptional customer experiences and build long-term trust.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax tools; address inquiries.
