Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States.

You’ll provide tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while delivering a trusted, friendly client experience. As a front-facing team member, you’ll help grow the local client base, participate in community outreach, and represent TurboTax with professionalism.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain state licenses, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform.
• Front-facing retail environment experience.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and plan ahead.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person and via tools.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach.
• Utilize tax software and CRM tools to deliver accurate tax solutions.
