Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving in-person customers with tax return preparation and advice. You’ll build trust, grow a local client base, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while leveraging marketing and software tools.

Ideal candidates have active EA/CPA/attorney licenses, 3+ years of tax prep experience, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment with a flexible

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA/attorney license.
• Minimum of 3 years paid experience filing 30+ federal/state Form 1040s per tax season.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, weekends may be required.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a front-facing retail environment.
• Leverage marketing support and tools to expand TurboTax presence.
