Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, serving as trusted tax advisors to help customers complete returns and maximize refunds. You will build relationships in the local community, grow the client base with marketing support, and provide in-person tax preparation, advice, and software help.

This non-exempt, on-site role requires a valid EA/CPA/attorney license and at least 3 years of returns experience; bilingual

Qualificações

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and onsite TurboTax work environments.
• Comfortable working Sundays through Saturdays, 20+ hours/week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-person tax preparation and advice to TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to optimize deductions and refunds.
• Deliver accurate tax solutions using available resources.
• Grow the local client base through community outreach and marketing support.
• Represent TurboTax professionally in a front-facing retail setting.
