Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax – Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while engaging with the local community to grow client base.

The role requires on-site presence, 20+ hours per week, and a focus on delivering best-in-class customer experiences. Ideal candidates hold a valid EA/CPA/Att'y license with PTIN and have 3+ years of tax return preparation

Competenze

Active EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software.
Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Mansioni

Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex tax situations.
Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future planning advice.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships through in-person interactions and local community engagement.
