Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to serve customers in-person at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and support software/products while building local client relationships.

The role is on-site, non-exempt, and involves engaging with the community to grow TurboTax’s presence. A CPA/EA or tax license, 3+ years of tax filing experience, and strong customer service are required.

Qualifikationen

• Must hold active EA, CPA, or attorney license and be able to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional tax software.
• Must reside in the United States and be onsite at a TurboTax location.
