Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, becoming a trusted advisor in your community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must hold or obtain state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours/week.
• Weekend availability is expected.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory is preferred.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsabilités

• Be a proactive community ambassador at local TurboTax locations.
• Engage prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients.
• Lead local marketing with TurboTax support.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Use government sites, tools, and team expertise to deliver accurate tax solutions.
• Create an exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships.
• Interact with customers in-person and via TurboTax video tools.
• Address client inquiries and help overcome tax-related challenges.
