Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You will provide in-person tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, helping customers navigate complex tax situations with clarity.

As a community ambassador, you’ll grow the TurboTax client base through local outreach, referrals, and friendly service, while delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax retail or flagship location, 20+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Assist clients to minimize tax liabilities and maximize refunds, with future tax planning guidance.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and referrals.
