Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert tax guidance, and personalized support to help customers maximize refunds and achieve accurate filings.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax location, Sunday through Saturday, at least 20 hours weekly.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and plan future taxes.
• Build long-term relationships and grow the local client base.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in-person at TurboTax Retail locations.
