Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice, helping customers navigate personal and business tax needs while delivering exceptional service.

You will build local client relationships, grow the TurboTax client base, and collaborate with a local team to deliver accurate tax solutions using TurboTax software, staying compliant with tax rules and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must have or obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 1040 returns (30+ per season).
• Familiarity with Circular 230; onsite work at TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Complete tax returns for personal and business income; optimize deductions.
• Grow local client base and establish long-term relationships.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person at a retail location.
• Utilize TurboTax software and CRM tools to deliver accurate solutions.
