Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States, delivering tax expertise and exceptional customer service. You will prepare tax returns, advise clients on deductions, and support local community outreach initiatives.

You will grow the TurboTax client base, leverage marketing resources, and provide a high‑quality customer experience in a welcoming retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally as a public face of TurboTax in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers.
• Lead local marketing efforts to grow the client base with TurboTax support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-store and online.
