Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while building trust and clients in the local community.

You will lead local marketing initiatives, attract new clients, and grow a robust personal client portfolio. A strong tax background, in-person customer service, and willingness to work in a retail setting are essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes by law.
• Must possess or obtain related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 tax returns per season using professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 requirements.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax Retail/Flagship location, 20+ hours/week; hours may scale up during peak periods.
• Willingness to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Interest in building a local community/social presence for TurboTax marketing efforts.
