Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work onsite at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers, building long-term relationships and growing the client base in the local community. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season with professional tax software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week, weekends.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax locally as a community ambassador, engaging with prospects and turning them into long-term clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation services for TurboTax customers, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Deliver outstanding customer experiences by being professional, empathetic, and helpful, guiding clients toward financial goals.
