Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as year-round TurboTax Retail Experts at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will work on-site, providing full tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to in-person customers with a focus on building long-term relationships in your local community.

As a TurboTax Retail Expert, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, grow the local client base, and collaborate with TurboTax marketing to present

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of tax-related experience preferred.
• Onsite presence at TurboTax Retail or Flagship location required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent TurboTax locally and be the public face in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships.
• Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and convert to clients.
• Collaborate with TurboTax marketing and network for growth.
• Assist clients with tax planning and software support.
