Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join as TurboTax Retail Experts at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. You’ll provide in-person tax preparation, tax advice, and software support, serving as a trusted advisor to help clients achieve positive financial outcomes.

You will grow TurboTax’s local client base, participate in marketing efforts, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN as required by law.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax retail/flagship location, including Sundays through Saturdays, for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging prospects and developing local relationships.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax customers, addressing simple to complex situations.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience, building trust and long-term client relationships in person and via TurboTax tools.
